Mb8my Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms for Malaysian Users
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the mb8my platform, which are binding on all users who register and use our services. Please read carefully before registering. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of terms and user eligibility
By registering an account on mb8my or using any services provided through this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are not permitted to use the mb8my platform.
To use the mb8my platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age of majority under the laws applicable in your country or region.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not identified as a person prohibited from using online gambling services under your local laws.
- Using this platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not on behalf of any third party.
Mb8my reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by underage individuals will be suspended immediately, and all balances in those accounts may be forfeited upon completion of the investigation.
Account creation, security, and user responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on mb8my. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Any false information — including name, date of birth, or identification number — may result in account suspension without prior notice. mb8my reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any stage and to request supporting documents such as a copy of an ID card or bank statement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. mb8my will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the mb8my support team immediately.
Users agree not to engage in the following activities while using the mb8my platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other tools to manipulate games or system processes.
- Colluding with other users to deceive the system or gain an unfair advantage.
- Committing any form of financial fraud, including the use of stolen credit cards or fraudulent payment methods.
- Transferring funds between accounts for the purposes of money laundering or other illegal activities.
- Abusing the bonus or promotion system in any manner that contravenes the applicable promotion terms.
Payments, deposits, and withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the mb8my platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users can make deposits using supported local payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, and bank transfers to major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and others listed on the platform at the time of deposit.
Deposit conditions
- The minimum deposit amount is determined by the selected payment method and is displayed during the deposit process.
- All deposits must come from a payment method registered in the name of the same account holder.
- Mb8my does not accept third-party deposits, including those from family members, unless expressly authorised by management.
Withdrawal conditions
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as the mb8my account.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed or if there is any suspicious activity on the account.
- Mb8my reserves the right to request additional documents before processing a withdrawal to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering policies.
- Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
Mb8my is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment service provider during the deposit or withdrawal process.
Liability limits, intellectual property, and third-party links
Mb8my shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, data loss, or unfavourable game outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose. mb8my's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content on the mb8my platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of mb8my or our licensed providers. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any content from the platform without prior written consent from mb8my. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

Users who access third-party links or services do so at their own risk and should review the relevant third-party terms of service separately.
Mb8my reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, use of false identity, or any illegal activity. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms may not be entitled to recover any bonus balance in the account, though original deposit balances may be returned upon completion of the investigation at mb8my's discretion.
Changes to terms and applicable law
Mb8my reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms in force.
Your continued use of the mb8my platform after any updated terms are published will be considered your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable laws, and any disputes arising from or relating to the use of this platform shall be resolved through the process established by mb8my management.
